- Professional and organisational leadership of team members
- Coordination and planning of personnel resources within the team
- Responsibility for managing building technology projects from the concept phase to successful completion
- Development of project concepts, assessment of technical feasibility and implementation of innovative solutions
- Customer advice regarding the economic efficiency of properties throughout their entire lifecycle
- Close collaboration with other departments for interdisciplinary project work
- Support in participating in project competitions as well as in acquiring new contracts
- Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in planning and implementing complex technical projects
- Strong social skills, professional appearance and pronounced customer orientation
- Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and managing employees
- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and developing innovative solutions
- Responsible, structured and goal-oriented working style with a holistic approach
- Sound knowledge of MS Office as well as CAD programmes such as Nova or Revit
- Independent, reliable and committed personality with a precise and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Profile
- Completed higher education as an HVAC engineer FH or technician HF with specialisation in ventilation technology- Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in planning and implementing complex technical projects

- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and developing innovative solutions
