Your tasks with your new employer

• You ensure the administrative management of human resources and monitor employee files from their entry to their departure
• You support and advise management as well as employees on various HR matters
• You manage salaries and social insurances with rigour, precision, and within deadlines
• You structure and implement HR processes adapted to the company’s needs
• You contribute to team development, resource planning, and employee support

You offer your new employer

• You have proven experience in HR, enabling you to manage your tasks independently
• You hold a business diploma, ideally complemented by training in human resources, such as a certificate or diploma
• Your first language is French and you have knowledge of German allowing you to communicate with German-speaking employees
• You are comfortable with common IT tools and demonstrate good adaptability
• You are proactive, meticulous, and wish to invest sustainably within the company
