Specialised Coach in Outplacement & Career Transition | Executive Support (80-100%)
You know the French-speaking Swiss job market. You enjoy creating connections, opening doors, and guiding executives towards their next professional step? Within the cantonal InnoPark programme, we believe that returning to employment relies on a combination of human support, excellent market knowledge, the use of artificial intelligence tools, and educational innovation.
Your mission:
- Strengthen participants' employability and accelerate their sustainable return to the labour market
- Activate and leverage your professional network in French-speaking Switzerland to concretely support participants' reintegration
- Facilitate access to the hidden job market for executives undergoing career transition
Your responsibilities:
- Group facilitation "” leading workshops both in-person and online and moderating peer coaching
- Individual coaching "” personalised support
- Repositioning strategy "” profile analysis and market targeting
- Personal branding "” CV, LinkedIn and professional presentation optimisation
- Preparation for company immersions "” preparing participants for company assignments, activating the hidden market and coordinating with the mandates and partnerships manager
- Monitoring and reporting "” measuring reintegration indicators, documenting journeys, results and producing reports for the canton (SDE)
Your profile:
- Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss job market and an established network
- Experience in outplacement, recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition or HR
- Experience in career transition or supporting profiles in career disruption
- Proven skills in group facilitation and coaching
- Strong interest in AI and digital tools
- Agility, autonomy and team spirit: you thrive where challenges come thick and fast
- Higher education (University of Applied Sciences, university or equivalent)
