IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a leading manufacturer of communication products, specialising in transport, public local and long-distance transport, as well as public safety and sustainable energy and resource management. The devices with 5G technology offer a variety of interfaces for applications such as information systems, driver communication, passenger Wi-Fi and real-time data exchange. The company’s mission is to provide reliable, modular and user-friendly communication solutions, while transparency and willingness to engage in dialogue in customer relationships are the focus.
Responsibilities:
Support of end users on Windows/Linux systems and local applications
Administration and maintenance of the client/server environment as well as support in integration into global IT structures
Procurement, installation and management of hardware, software licences and IT resources
Coordination and support of third-party providers and IT suppliers
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, standards, processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Completed computer science degree, IT training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks as well as Windows/Linux servers
Experience with ITIL v3, Dynamics NAV and ecoDMS is an advantage
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
