Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced professional for the execution and detailed planning of demanding architectural and building projects. You will independently handle technically demanding planning tasks and accompany diverse construction projects from design to construction implementation. The focus is on precise 2D and 3D planning with ArchiCAD, the constructive development of architectural concepts, and the coordination of technical planning documents. The position combines solid expertise in building construction, digital planning skills, and independent project handling with collaboration in dedicated architectural teams.

Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of execution planning for demanding building projects in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment

• Creation and coordination of execution, working, and detail plans considering architectural, constructive, and technical requirements

• Digital construction and modelling of buildings in 2D and 3D with ArchiCAD, including ongoing maintenance and updating of building models

• Constructive development of architectural designs focusing on technical feasibility, materialisation, and high-quality detailing

• Development of demanding construction and connection details for building envelopes, façades, roofs, and interior fittings

• Participation in design and approval planning as well as transferring project documents into execution-ready planning documents

• Coordination and integration of specialist planner information from structural engineering, building services, and other technical disciplines

• Review and control of planning documents regarding dimensional accuracy, completeness, constructive correctness, and compliance with project specifications

• Development of economical and practical construction solutions in close collaboration with architects, project managers, and specialist planners

• Coordination with site management and contractors to clarify technical issues during the realisation phase

• Organisation and management of digital planning documents and project documentation, ensuring a structured and traceable filing system

• Independent coordination of assigned planning tasks while adhering to agreed deadlines, quality standards, and internal project processes

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or building construction draughtsperson; further training as a certified technician HF in construction planning is advantageous

• At least three years of professional experience in execution and detailed planning of demanding building projects within the Swiss planning environment

• Solid knowledge of building construction and technical detail planning, especially in the areas of building envelopes, façades, roof constructions, and interior fittings

• Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD 3D and confident handling of digital building modelling and CAD-supported plan processing

• Good knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA standards, building regulations, and planning processes, as well as understanding of the requirements of the execution and realisation phases

• Strong quality awareness, initiative, and forward-looking working style, as well as the ability to handle complex planning tasks independently, structured, and precisely

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical project coordination, as well as communication skills, teamwork, and high commitment
