Finance Manager 80-100% - Neuchâtel

On behalf of our client, an organisation based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Finance Manager.

In this role, you will work across a broad and varied financial scope, at the crossroads of accounting, controlling, internal control, and process improvement.

Your tasks:
- Supervise general and analytical accounting activities.
- Participate in closings, budgeting, and audits.
- Ensure budget monitoring, controlling, and financial analyses.
- Guarantee the quality of financial information and compliance with internal control.
- Participate in the improvement and digitalisation of financial processes.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

Your profile:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or management.
- Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
- Strong skills in accounting, controlling, and internal control.
- Experience in project management and proficiency with common IT tools.
- Rigour, autonomy, analytical mindset, and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a cross-functional environment.
