To strengthen the IT department of one of our clients, a public institution, we are looking for a

Application Solutions Manager - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the lifecycle of application solutions in the Finance business domain and ensure the operational responsibility of your solution portfolio on a daily basis. In addition to your operational activities, you play a driving role as Project Manager / Business Analyst in the transformation and evolution projects of your application domain.

• Ensure the performance, quality, security and availability of application solutions
• Manage operation, maintenance, support and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with business and technical teams
• Define and implement measures ensuring the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of data
• Manage a transformation / migration project from Oracle - EBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Lead the project in tandem with a business project manager and coordinate stakeholders (business, technical teams and the service provider)
• Participate in design and specification workshops with the service provider and ensure the translation of business needs into appropriate solutions
• Prepare, coordinate and facilitate testing phases
• Ensure the technical and functional documentation of the solution
• Actively contribute to user support and change management to facilitate adoption of the new solution
• Manage the budget by planning and monitoring costs related to solutions, developments and associated services

Your profile:

• Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology (or equivalent qualification)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in application support / financial IT solutions OR 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management, with proven expertise in the financial domain
• Confirmed expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution
• Good knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite software or an equivalent financial application (a plus)
• Good understanding of processes specific to the financial domain
• Rigorous, structured and client-oriented, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of communication
• You are comfortable leading sessions and know how to unite participants around defined objectives
• You are flexible and proactive, able to adapt quickly to changes and take initiatives.

Work rate: 80-100 %

Start date: November 2026 or to be agreed

Workplace: Delémont or Lausanne with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
