Specialist Nurse (m/f/d) 50-100 %
for our orthopaedic ward with a focus on technical orthopaedics, starting by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Ensuring patient-oriented and professional care in all three shifts
- Co-responsibility for achieving ward goals in collaboration with the ward management
- Professional nursing advice and support for the nursing staff of the department
- Conducting training sessions and case discussions
- Continuous development and assurance of nursing quality in close cooperation with the Head of Nursing Quality and Development
- Induction of new employees
Your Profile
- Qualified nurse HF/FH with several years of experience in an acute hospital
- Further training in nursing or willingness to undertake such training
- Openness to change and innovation and motivated to actively help shape these
