Role:
Modern IT today rarely arises solely in the cloud or only in the company’s own data centre. As an Azure System Engineer, you operate exactly at this interface and implement projects around Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure. Customers appreciate you as a technical contact who listens and delivers pragmatic solutions. From the initial analysis to commissioning, you keep an overview and design solutions with real added value.
Responsibilities:
You build cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures and develop them purposefully
You carefully analyse customer requirements and translate them into functioning solutions
You introduce Microsoft Teams telephony and ensure stable operation
Furthermore, you configure and maintain networks and firewalls
In daily project work, you stand directly by your customers and accompany them closely through all phases
You also support 2nd and 3rd level support with complex issues
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in building and operating IT infrastructures
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams
You have solid know-how in the Microsoft cloud environment in identity, networking, compute, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Additionally, you have secure knowledge in VPN, routing, WLAN, and switching
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and appreciate direct customer contact
Experience with Teams telephony or other cloud telephony solutions, Microsoft or network certifications, as well as project experience in SMEs, is a plus
