For a growing IT partner in the Limmattal region, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of virtual workplaces and application delivery. You will work in a team that values quality, direct communication, and customer-oriented solutions. You will help shape the environments of demanding customers and contribute to ensuring that users can work securely and efficiently at all times.
Responsibilities:
You take on the design and operation of complex platforms in security-relevant customer environments
You drive the further development of existing solutions with our customers
You assist in troubleshooting and ensure stable operation
You work on concepts and the implementation of new customer solutions
You proactively develop improvements and implement them
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training at HF, FH level or hold a federal professional certificate
You have several years of experience with Citrix environments in operation and know them in detail
You have dealt with the design and operation of application delivery solutions such as NetScaler
You bring solid knowledge of the Microsoft world and experience with virtual desktops
Ideally, you have certifications in the Citrix or Microsoft environment or corresponding know-how
You are familiar with ITIL principles, which is a plus
You communicate confidently in German and well in English
