Foreman / Structural Team Leader (M/F)

To strengthen the teams on site for one of our partners active in structural work, we are looking for a passionate foreman / structural team leader ready to take on new challenges.
Your main tasks
As the guarantor of smooth progress and quality execution on site, your tasks will be as follows:
Organisation and management: You organise, plan and coordinate transformation, renovation or structural work sites on site.
Team management: You supervise, lead and motivate site staff (bricklayers, assistants, crane operators, apprentices) to ensure quality execution and maintain a positive work dynamic.
Technical management: You ensure the reading of technical plans, carry out marking out and setting out (using surveying tools such as laser and theodolite) and rigorously check the conformity of the work.
Supply management: You plan and coordinate material orders as well as the necessary connections (water, electricity) for the progress of the site.
Safety and reporting: You ensure strict compliance with safety standards, SUVA rules and environmental protection. You write daily work reports and coordinate with management and site supervisors.
Qualifications
Your profile
- Training: You hold a federal foreman certificate, a team leader diploma in building/structural work or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: You have solid and proven experience in structural work (masonry, formwork, reinforced concrete) in Switzerland.
- Leadership: A true field leader, you have a real ability to unite your teams around common goals and manage unforeseen events effectively.
- Skills: Rigour, method, sense of priorities and excellent organisational skills.
- Other: Driving licence (category B) essential.
