The Maison de Vie DEFI (High Intensity Educational Facility), located in Boudry, is recruiting collaborators to strengthen its housekeeping team.

Our Foundation supports around forty people with intellectual disabilities, sometimes associated with autism spectrum disorders or challenging behaviours. To ensure their well-being and that of the teams, it is essential that living spaces remain clean, functional and calming. Your role is key to maintaining this safe environment.

Your tasks

On a daily basis, you ensure the quality of the living environment. Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring the daily cleaning of common areas and accommodation.
• Guaranteeing hygiene conditions in accordance with institutional requirements.
• Adapting to immediate needs on site according to unforeseen situations.
• Working closely with the educational teams on site.
• Using cleaning equipment and products responsibly and efficiently.
• Actively contributing to the comfort of the people supported and the collaborators.

Your profile

• Proven experience in premises cleaning, ideally in an institution.
• Ease in human contact and respect for people with disabilities.
• Ability to adapt and autonomy in task management.
• Team spirit, sense of mutual aid and constructive communication.

The position is mainly based in Boudry, with regular travel planned to the Lignières site. It is mainly carried out during morning hours.

This is a 50% position, with the possibility of overtime related to replacements, according to your availability and wishes.
