We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant / Manager to lead and manage HR transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in revamping HR Target Operating Models, enhancing technology infrastructure, and driving strategic initiatives that optimise HR functions across hire-to-retire, onboarding, and talent management
How you can make an impact
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects, including redesigning HR Target Operating Models and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise HR processes, systems, and organisational structures for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support clients in enhancing HR Shared Service Centres, managing outsourcing, and redefining the role of HR Business Partners.
- Advise clients on assessing their HR technology landscape and recommend market-leading digital HR solutions.
- Conduct HR diagnostic programmes to identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
- Design future-ready HR organisations aligned with business goals and emerging trends, including AI developments in HR.
- Utilise strong numerical and analytical skills to build robust business cases supporting transformation initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years experience in HR, consulting, project management, or related analytical roles within international organisations.
- Proven track record of leading complex HR programmes, including transformation or restructuring projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
- High proficiency in data analysis and Business Case calculations.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, Organisational Development, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Fluent in English at a business level, German as a plus.
- Up-to-date with AI and digital innovations impacting the HR landscape.
