Role:
An established IT service company is seeking a technically skilled individual who, in addition to operating modern IT infrastructures, also takes responsibility for demanding customer projects. The position combines classic system engineering with cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and project management.
You will manage customer environments holistically – from clients and servers to networks and firewalls to cloud solutions. At the same time, you will independently plan and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring that technical, temporal, and economic goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
Installation, administration, and maintenance of client, server, network, firewall, and cloud infrastructures
Support and further development of Microsoft environments including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Planning and implementation of backup, recovery, and other central IT services
Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues as well as support in technical assistance
Independent planning, control, and monitoring of IT infrastructure projects including schedule, budget, and resource management
Participation in customer projects as well as regular assumption of support, helpdesk, and maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with a focus on system technology
Several years of experience in support as well as in the administration of Microsoft client, server, and network infrastructures
Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network technology, and IT infrastructure
Interest in modern cloud technologies and willingness to expand expertise through further training and certifications
Customer-oriented, communicative, and independent personality with enthusiasm for varied projects
Very good German skills, good English skills, and a category B driving licence
