Building Services Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 105,000Building services engineering, which combines architecture and function – this is the core competence of our Rocken partner. As an established planning office, they develop and realise demanding projects in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary sectors. From the first sketch to the final implementation, the team supports new builds, transformations, and sustainable site developments. Responsibilities:
- You support project managers on exciting projects in areas such as hospitals, industry, administration, and residential buildings
- You create plans in all phases according to SIA 108, from preliminary design to execution
- You develop detailed drawings for various projects
- You compile tender documents
- You independently handle smaller projects
Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training as a building services engineer
- You have good knowledge of CAD; knowledge of Revit and BIM is an advantage
- You work independently and solution-oriented
- You are characterised by precise and structured working methods
- You are a communicative, resilient, and flexible personality
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
