YOUR TASKS
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the Service Desk Billing team in the outpatient service area
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality processing of billing enquiries, rejections and complaints
- Handling complex cases and clarifying tariff questions and differences with insurers, patients, our medical staff and internal departments
- Optimising and further developing processes and workflows as well as contributing to the implementation of efficient solutions in rejection management
- Professional responsibility in internal projects as well as close cooperation with adjacent areas and relevant interfaces
- Ensuring transparent information flow within the team as well as to internal and external stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial or comparable vocational training as well as further training in leadership
- Several years of professional experience in the hospital and/or health insurance environment as well as sound knowledge of outpatient tariffs
- Good knowledge of the legal foundations in the Swiss healthcare system, especially KVG and UVG
- Leadership experience and enthusiasm for the professional and personal development of employees
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Responsible, solution-oriented and assertive personality with strong communication skills and a good understanding of processes
