Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Architect Design & Project Planning (60-100%) for the development of diverse new build and renovation projects. You will work on demanding residential, commercial and public buildings from the initial study and concept development through to project planning and execution. In addition to architectural design, you will be intensively involved with materialisation, colour concepts and design detailing and express your ideas using ArchiCAD and professional presentation tools. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the further development of the design department and internal planning processes.
Responsibilities:
Development of architectural concepts and designs for new build and renovation projects
Handling of residential, commercial and public buildings across various planning phases
Conducting and processing feasibility studies, preliminary studies and variant analyses
Creation and further development of floor plans, sections, elevations and 3D models with ArchiCAD
Development of colour, material and design concepts
Elaboration of architectural and constructive solutions up to project and execution planning
Creation of high-quality project presentations, layouts and competition documents using Photoshop and InDesign
Coordination of planning with specialist planners, experts and other project participants
Accompanying projects from preliminary study to realisation
Active participation in the further development of the design department, planning methods and design standards
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at FH, ETH or university level
Several years of professional experience in design, project planning and execution planning
Solid knowledge in planning new build and renovation projects
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD
Confident handling of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Experience with materialisation, colour and design concepts
Good German language skills spoken and written
