Responsibilities:
- Leading internal development projects
- Participating in development projects
- Participating in national and international research projects
- Conducting FEM simulation of components and assemblies
- Independently handling and further developing assemblies
- Attending meetings with all project participants
- Providing professional support to affiliated departments
Qualifications:
- Completed engineering degree (MSc) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics (ETH or FH)
- Experience in R&D
- Decision-making, delegation, motivation, and assertiveness skills
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
