• You have solid experience in organisational development and change management and think strategically as well as entrepreneurially.
• You convince with high consulting competence and confident stakeholder management – from executive management to team leadership.
• You have experience in designing and shaping effective leadership, training, and development formats.
• You bring strong moderation and facilitation skills and know how to effectively guide groups through development and change processes.
• You impress with emotional intelligence, self-reflection, and the ability to build trusting relationships and have impact even without formal authority.
