What you can achieve
- Independent management of procedures in child and adult protection
- Personal hearing of affected persons as well as other parties involved in the procedure
- Drafting of decision proposals, statements and consultations
- Decision-making in sole responsibility and participation in decisions in the authority committee
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist offices, municipalities, schools and authorities and other partner organisations
- Active participation in the professional and organisational development of the KESB
What distinguishes you
- University degree in law (university or university of applied sciences)
- Several years of professional experience preferably in child and adult protection or in a similar field of activity
- Very good oral and written communication skills as well as a careful, structured and independent working style
- Interest and motivation for legal work
- Resilient, assertive, flexible and integrous personality
- Strong communication and team skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Driving licence category B
