Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of software and hardware in various networks
  
• Contact person for customers regarding technical concerns on site or via remote maintenance
  
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure
  
• Responsible for the implementation of demanding IT projects
  
• Documentation of activities according to specifications
  
  

Requirements

• Completed training in system technology or equivalent
  
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
  
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft, networking and security
  
• Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
  
• Friendly demeanour and enjoyment in working with customers
  
• High motivation, great willingness to learn and openness to new things
