Role:
Our client is an established Swiss healthcare company and part of a larger regional healthcare network. With a broad medical and nursing offering, the company ensures professional care for the population and combines high quality standards with a modern, patient-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the complete monthly payroll including mutations as well as entries and exits, ensuring a smooth process.
For absence management, you handle all relevant cases and check daily allowance benefits as well as continued salary payments.
You manage the time management in Polypoint PEP and ensure the correct processing of the corresponding data.
Social insurance administration is also part of your duties, as is collaboration with insurance companies, authorities, and social insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training in HR, payroll, or social insurance.
Your several years of experience in payroll or absence management is complemented by sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system.
You convince with numerical understanding, accuracy, independence, and discretion as well as a strong service and communication orientation.
You have fluent German language skills.
