Role:
Development of modern enterprise software with a focus on Java, TypeScript, Spring and Node.js. You work on demanding customer projects and accompany solutions from business analysis through domain modelling and API design to implementation and quality assurance. Modern development and automation methods as well as AI agents are used purposefully.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of business requirements together with customers and domain experts
Development of domain models, APIs and web interfaces
Development with Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js, REST and WebSockets
Use and professional control of AI agents in software development
Building automated tests and high-quality test data
Ensuring code quality through TDD, refactoring, pair programming and code reviews
Further development of build, deployment and operational processes
Collaboration on modern development tools and platform components
Coaching and knowledge transfer within the development team
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
Practical experience with AI agents in the development process
Very good knowledge of Java or TypeScript and modern web technologies
Experience with automated testing and quality-oriented software development
Enjoyment in analysing complex business requirements
Experience in direct communication with customers and business units
Very good German skills at negotiation level
Independent, analytical and responsible working style
