Responsibilities:
Independent handling of national and international customer orders
Support of customers and sales partners throughout the entire order process
Planning and coordination of delivery dates, shipping processes and transport costs
Preparation of the required export and customs documents as well as obtaining necessary permits
Support with tenders in cooperation with sales and internal specialist departments
Assistance with import coordination, including customs clearance instructions and transport organisation
Close cooperation with internal and external contacts to ensure efficient processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or technical basic training with commercial further education
Professional experience in international order processing and export
Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP is an advantage
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are welcome
