Customer Service Representative

Tasks:

• Handling customer enquiries in the leasing sector via telephone, e-mail or chat
• Providing support with questions and problem-solving
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the system
• Independently processing contract amendments and preparing quotations as well as contracts.
• Implementing process optimisations together with our insurance partners

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills in German and good knowledge of French or Italian
• Friendly, service-oriented manner and strong problem-solving ability
• Team player with a positive attitude
