IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Processing and coordination of user requests with a focus on quick and sustainable problem resolution
Management of user accounts and access rights during onboarding, offboarding, and organisational changes
Administration and lifecycle management of IT hardware as well as maintenance of usage policies and device data
Support of network and telephony solutions in collaboration with external IT partners
Creation of documentation, training materials and instructions as well as support for employees on IT topics
Participation in the optimisation of IT processes, development of small automation and support solutions, and implementation of IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and practical experience in IT support
Excellent organisational skills, careful working style and strong quality awareness
Networked and analytical thinking as well as interest in cross-departmental business contexts
High independence, reliability and professional demeanour towards various contacts
Strong service and communication skills as well as a category B driving licence
