Purchaser (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Commercial, business management and procurement law leadership of public procurement projects
- Conducting offer and contract negotiations
- Drafting various types of contracts
- Handling commercial special transactions (sales contracts, service billing according to NRM, subsidies, etc.)
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with good technical understanding or completed technical training with commercial/business management further education or an equivalent qualification with commercial knowledge
Extensive experience / further training in public procurement and in carrying out various procurement projects of medium complexity
Affinity for legal issues and advanced editorial experience and skills, especially in drafting various types of contracts
Conceptual, methodical and structured approach. Positive, trustworthy, team-oriented personality with open communication skills
Active knowledge of two official languages
