You manage and further develop ICT change and incident processes according to ITIL v4
In doing so, you assess changes in terms of risks, impacts, resources and dependencies in a critical infrastructure
Prioritising critical incidents as well as coordinating with service owners are part of your duties
You monitor the service restoration and ensure collaboration with release, configuration and service continuity processes
You analyse change KPIs, optimise processes and create meaningful management reports
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, degree in Computer Science HF/FH, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally as a change manager in critical or regulated environments
Solid ITIL knowledge, certification is an advantage
You master German fluently both spoken and written
