You enjoy organising, work carefully and like contact with people? As a Commercial Clerk FZ, you gain insight into various administrative and business management areas of a modern food company.

During your three-year training, you will learn how office and business processes work. You process information, communicate with different contacts and support various departments in their daily tasks.

Your tasks

• You carry out administrative and organisational tasks
• You handle emails, documents and business correspondence
• You record, check and maintain data in digital systems
• You support various departments in day-to-day business
• You process orders, invoices or other business transactions
• You coordinate appointments and assist in task planning
• You communicate with internal and external contacts
• You get to know different commercial areas
• You work carefully and confidentially with information

• You enjoy organisation, communication and office work
• You work reliably, independently and precisely
• You have good oral and written German skills
• You are interested in economic contexts
• You like working with digital programmes and modern communication tools
• You are open, friendly and service-oriented
• You express yourself well and enjoy working in a team
• You have a good qualification from FL secondary school / CH secondary school
