Role:

Low-code only unfolds its effect when architecture and business logic work together cleanly. This is exactly where you come in as a Power Platform Solution Engineer, building business applications on the Microsoft Power Platform that truly hold up in everyday use. Standard functions take priority for you, but you precisely recognise when an extension is necessary. In exchange with business departments, you take on the technical leadership from the first requirement to the productive release. Maintainability and clear structures are not optional extras for you but a matter of course.

Responsibilities:

• In workshops, you gather requirements and weigh up standard, low-code, and extension options. From this, you derive scalable solution concepts.

• You build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with Power Apps and write the application logic in Power Fx.

• This also includes modelling data structures, business rules, forms, and role-based permissions in Microsoft Dataverse.

• You automate business processes with cloud flows and approval workflows in Power Automate and supplement them with chatbots from Copilot Studio.

• You connect external systems, Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, and Azure services via REST APIs and custom connectors.

• Additionally, you are responsible for application lifecycle management (ALM) across all environments, analyse errors, and optimise existing solutions.

Qualifications:

• You have at least three years of practical development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.

• You confidently master both app types and implement complex workflows and formulas with ease.

• Data models, security concepts, and deployments between environments are familiar territory for you.

• Furthermore, you bring integration experience with Dynamics 365, Teams, and standard connectors. Ideally, you also know custom connectors and Azure.

• You feel comfortable in requirements engineering and translate business language into clear technical concepts.

• Additionally, you communicate fluently in German and switch effortlessly to English in daily project work. Bot experience or a Microsoft certification is a plus.
