You operate our Microsoft-based workplace and infrastructure environment and ensure reliable operation of clients, servers, Microsoft 365, and Citrix.
You analyse incidents and technical anomalies, conduct structured root cause analyses, and develop sustainable solutions.
You take on service requests and changes and ensure their clean and traceable implementation.
You monitor our systems and detect potential disruptions as early as possible before they affect operations.
You support projects around workplace, cloud, and infrastructure and work closely with system engineering, network, and security.
You continuously develop your technical skills and contribute your own ideas for automation and optimisation of operations.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional EFZ, or a comparable qualification.
You bring initial practical experience with Windows clients, Windows servers, and Microsoft 365.
You ideally have first experience with Citrix and want to deepen your know-how in this area.
You work in a structured and service-oriented manner and have a good understanding of incident, request, and change processes.
You are interested in automation and ideally have initial experience with PowerShell, Intune, or Microsoft Graph.
You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team where knowledge is shared and responsibility is taken.
You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to occasionally work on-site.
