YOUR TASKS

• Together with the team, you welcome our patients, visitors and customers, represent the clinic and create a welcoming atmosphere
• You are the first point of contact, work closely with all departments and are responsible for optimal information flow (reception, patient admission, emergency, doctors and ward departments)
• Operating the telephone switchboard is also part of your duties, as well as various administrative tasks
• Together with the team, you cover early and late shifts as well as weekends

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an experienced receptionist with several years of professional experience
• You are accustomed to working evenings and weekends
• Openness to new things, high flexibility and commitment are natural to you
• Communicating in German and French is no problem for you (any additional language, especially English and Italian, is an advantage)
• You have good PC user skills and a technical flair for various operating systems
• You are the first contact person and stand out through a high customer orientation and a neat appearance
• With you, our reception team gains a team-oriented and loyal personality who is flexible and resilient and enjoys working with people
