This position focuses on supporting modern IT workplaces and assisting users in daily operations. We are looking for a service-oriented individual with experience in the Microsoft environment and enjoyment of direct contact with internal customers.
Responsibilities:
Support of 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software as well as Microsoft 365 applications
Setup and management of workstations, mobile devices, and user accounts
Administration of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Support in operating meeting room technology, printers, and office systems
Analysis of client, network, and connection issues as well as coordination with infrastructure teams
Management of hardware inventory and support in lifecycle, repair, and replacement processes
Collaboration with external service providers and maintenance of technical documentation and asset data
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or several years of experience in IT support
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and user administration
Experience with Intune, Entra ID, or Active Directory is an advantage
Basic knowledge of LAN, WLAN, VPN, and TCP/IP
Experience with end devices, printers, and mobile workplaces
Structured, customer-oriented, and independent working style
Experience with ticketing systems or international IT environments is a plus
Very good German and English skills;
