What you can achieve
- You reliably coordinate and supervise the work of external employees in pipeline and plant construction and ensure professional execution.
- You measure pipelines, prepare them and independently carry out practical TIG welding work as well as repair and locksmith work on our plants.
- You contribute your expertise in the maintenance and servicing of our media supply, including ice water, water, softened water, compressed air, steam, condensate and chemical media.
- You keep the various media and their pipeline networks continuously up to date and ensure that changes are cleanly and traceably documented. In addition, you identify possible optimisations.
- You coordinate tank inspections and pipeline insulation as well as smaller projects and support the commissioning of pipelines and plants.
- In close cooperation with mechanics, electrical engineering and production, you ensure safe processes and consistently implement the occupational safety requirements in your area.
What you bring with you
- A completed technical vocational training and experience in maintenance in the food or pharmaceutical industry provide a good foundation for this role.
- Further training as a maintenance specialist or process specialist with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage.
- You have practical experience in TIG welding as well as a valid test according to EN ISO 9606-1 for welding process 141 / material group FM5.
- You are familiar with handling various supply media and can recognise optimisation possibilities in the pipeline network thanks to your experience.
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and also enjoy coordinating various tasks.
- Interest in your personal and professional development, good German skills and confident handling of MS Office complete your profile.
