Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 145,000Rocken® is seeking experienced professionals in the field of controlling. In collaboration with our partner, we offer positions in the following professional groups: Head of Controlling, Business Controller, Group Controller, Financial Controller, Junior Controller.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for operational and strategic controlling
- You support the CFO and act as a "sparring partner" directly for the management
- You assist management in decision-making regarding strategies and goals
- You take on the controlling function for management in reporting, planning, and scenarios
- You handle financial and liquidity planning
- You take responsibility for key figure reporting for management and various stakeholders
- You bear overall responsibility for business intelligence reporting
- You take responsibility for the budgeting process
- You continuously develop the controlling department
Qualifications:
- You have a higher business administration education (university/FH) in controlling, finance, accounting
- You have several years of professional experience in international controlling
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Power BI
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have a process-oriented mindset, conceptual and analytical skills
- You are a assertive and team-oriented personality
