Non-profit foundation, recognised as a public utility and acting on behalf of the State (public service delegation) and the second largest health organisation in the canton, the FASD plays an essential and systemic role in maintaining the Jura population at home. In the next two decades, the number of people over 80 years old will increase very significantly.
To meet these challenges, the FASD is continuing its transformation and strengthening its Finance department with the announcement of a strategic position to complete our executive committee for a start date to be agreed, we are looking for a:
Head of the Finance Department and Member of the Executive Committee (70-100%)
Your mission:
- You ensure the strategic management of the Finance department of a large organisation (financial volume CHF 28 million, 280,000 hours billed, 440,000 visits, 1,250,000 km, etc.).
- You develop your team's skills and oversee administration to guarantee the seamless flow of data with the 3 sectors (5 sites).
- You participate in the strategic development of the FASD and support the management and the Foundation Board in its relations with partners.
- You monitor risk management (SCI) and management control with the teams, in line with the requirements of management and the Foundation Board.
- You consolidate the digitalisation of the Finance domain.
- You support the development of all financial and administrative processes.
Desired profile:
- Master's degree in economics / Master of Science in finance / federal diploma of expert accountant (or equivalent training) as well as 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and ability to unite and develop a team.
- Communication skills and exemplary interpersonal skills complete your profile.
