Recording and evaluation of customer requirements as well as development of suitable technical solution concepts in collaboration with internal specialists
Planning, construction, and implementation of individual IT infrastructures at customers including migration, integration, and commissioning
Administration and continuous development of hybrid IT environments combining cloud and on-premise technologies
Support and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and other central Microsoft platforms
Participation in IT projects, technical changes and migrations as well as support in the analysis and resolution of complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or comparable technical qualification; further training at HF level is an advantage
Several years of practical experience in the administration and development of IT infrastructures, ideally in a customer or IT service environment
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Windows Server
Experience with hybrid IT architectures, cloud services, virtualisation, networks, and modern security concepts
