- Ensuring central Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Software packaging and rollouts using SCCM
- Management and further development of mobile devices with MDM AirWatch
- Participation and implementation of IT projects in the infrastructure environment
- 2nd-level support as well as participation in on-call duties
- Independent reporting of work in ServiceNow
- Ongoing training and familiarisation with new technologies
- Certifications in the Microsoft or VMware environment are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11 and SCCM software packaging
- Enjoyment of automation and modern infrastructure topics
- Experience in operating Mobile Device Management (AirWatch) is an advantage
- High reliability, initiative and quality awareness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style within a team
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B1), French skills are a great plus
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Tasks
- Operation and expansion of the client infrastructure as well as support of the virtual environment (VMware Horizon)- Ensuring central Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Software packaging and rollouts using SCCM
- Management and further development of mobile devices with MDM AirWatch
- Participation and implementation of IT projects in the infrastructure environment
- 2nd-level support as well as participation in on-call duties
- Independent reporting of work in ServiceNow
- Ongoing training and familiarisation with new technologies
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development or comparable IT qualification- Certifications in the Microsoft or VMware environment are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11 and SCCM software packaging
- Enjoyment of automation and modern infrastructure topics
- Experience in operating Mobile Device Management (AirWatch) is an advantage
