In the training department of login Berufsbildung AG in Olten we are looking for a

Trainer in Track Construction from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

What you can achieve:

• Responsibility as a full-time trainer for the practical and theoretical training of track construction apprentices in their first year
• Supporting and challenging the groups of apprentices during productive assignments on track construction sites of SBB and other partner companies in the Olten, Lucerne and Basel area
• Planning and execution of customer orders for basic track construction training
• Role model in dealing with young people and compliance with safety regulations
• Continuous monitoring of learning objective achievement and conducting qualifications
• Planning, conducting and evaluating taster apprenticeships on the work sites
• Assisting in the development of training materials

What you bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship as a track construction worker with several years of professional experience and completed further training as a foreman in track construction
• Valid certificate as safety officer and driving licence category B
• Experience as a trainer or practical instructor in a part-time capacity is an advantage
• Independent working style and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Enjoyment in imparting theoretical and practical expertise to young adults
• Experience in planning and organising work sites
• Strong social skills, high service orientation and good MS Office knowledge
