In the training department of login Berufsbildung AG in Olten we are looking for a
Trainer in Track Construction from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
What you can achieve:
- Responsibility as a full-time trainer for the practical and theoretical training of track construction apprentices in their first year
- Supporting and challenging the groups of apprentices during productive assignments on track construction sites of SBB and other partner companies in the Olten, Lucerne and Basel area
- Planning and execution of customer orders for basic track construction training
- Role model in dealing with young people and compliance with safety regulations
- Continuous monitoring of learning objective achievement and conducting qualifications
- Planning, conducting and evaluating taster apprenticeships on the work sites
- Assisting in the development of training materials
What you bring with you:
- Completed apprenticeship as a track construction worker with several years of professional experience and completed further training as a foreman in track construction
- Valid certificate as safety officer and driving licence category B
- Experience as a trainer or practical instructor in a part-time capacity is an advantage
- Independent working style and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
- Enjoyment in imparting theoretical and practical expertise to young adults
- Experience in planning and organising work sites
- Strong social skills, high service orientation and good MS Office knowledge
