Within the Pension team, you contribute with your colleagues to developing and improving analyses, reporting and management processes that support our services and decisions. Thanks to your understanding of data and business needs, you participate in the continuous evolution of our pension environment.
What you can achieve with us
You analyse the needs of the pension business and translate them into appropriate indicators, reports and decision-making solutions. In close collaboration with specialised teams, you help improve the quality, availability and understanding of data.
You participate in the development and optimisation of management reporting, dashboards and ad hoc analyses. Your structured approach allows you to identify trends, highlight improvement opportunities and support decision-making processes.
Within interdisciplinary teams, you support projects related to data transformation and the digitalisation of pension processes. You foster collaboration between business specialists and technical teams to develop useful and sustainable solutions.
What you bring
- Higher education in business administration, business informatics, data analytics or equivalent training
- Experience in a role as Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst
- Strong interest in pensions, data and process improvement
- Interest in developing the data roadmap
- Knowledge of desired tools (Power BI, SQL, SAP BO)
- Excellent analytical skills, structured approach and synthesis ability
- Collaborative, autonomous and solution-oriented personality
- Fluent in French and/or German with excellent English skills
