Application Manager (Laboratory Domain)

Due to growing activity and constantly evolving strategic projects, we are looking to strengthen our team dedicated to managing applications of the medical-technical information system. Join us to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and support our development.

Main missions

Within the management of the medical-technical information system in the laboratory domain, you will be responsible for:

Application management and operation:

• Plan, organise and ensure the daily operation of a portfolio of applications supporting laboratory activities.
• Coordinate the evolutionary maintenance of applications in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

Coordination and supplier relations:

• Act as a liaison between users, IT teams and suppliers.

Development and integration:

• Develop interfaces and scripts to meet specific operational needs.

Documentation and support:

• Write, update and manage documentation related to software solutions, in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Provide second-level support and act as a relay to third-level support (suppliers).
• Regularly participate in the information system on-call service to ensure availability and continuity of services.

Participation in IT projects:

• Actively contribute to HFR projects related to the information system, bringing your expertise and recommendations.

Flagship Project

Your profile:

• Higher education (HES/EPF/Uni, federal diploma) in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in technical application management and coordination of stakeholders
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Skills in script development and software solution integration
• Professional experience in a healthcare institution is a plus
• Rigorous, conscientious and stress-resistant
• Dynamic and responsible
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills and analytical mind.
• Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language and English (technical)
