IT & Audiovisual Asset Manager (PC / Mac) - M/F

Context
On behalf of one of our multi-site clients in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an IT asset manager. Reporting to the IT management, you are the local IT contact for users at your sites, in constant liaison with the central IT department and external service providers.
The environment is heterogeneous (PC and Mac workstations) and includes a strong audiovisual component.
Responsibilities
IT asset management - 35%
Manage the inventory of IT and audiovisual equipment across sites.
Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and installation of equipment.
Supervise the operation of servers and network and contribute to their development.
Collaborate with the central IT department and external partners, respecting established guidelines.
Participate in asset renewal projects and budget definition to optimise costs while maintaining performance.
Incident handling and follow-up - 20%
Record and track incidents and requests in the ITSM tool, respecting defined service levels.
Analyse, diagnose, and resolve incidents locally or escalate by providing all necessary information for effective handling.
Provide level 1 and 2 support for software and IT and audiovisual equipment, and liaise for level 3 issues.
Coordinate between users, central IT, and external partners.
Identify and qualify incidents ensuring prompt and appropriate handling.
User support - 30%
Contribute to user training: features and best practices for IT and audiovisual equipment.
Provide individual support for the adoption of new equipment and software installed.
Offer practical and technical support on IT and audiovisual hardware, responding to specific business needs.
Regularly follow up on user queries and resolve technical issues encountered.
Inform users about IT activities and changes.
Needs collection and escalation - 10%
Gather and formalise user needs for arbitration by the competent bodies.
Identify areas for improvement: new software, optimisation of technical infrastructure, anticipation of equipment renewal.
Maintain regular communication with the regional IT team and central IT department.
Keep the equipment inventory up to date and ensure availability and good working condition.
Support for administrative workstations - 5%
Diagnose incidents by analysing symptoms and identifying root causes.
Supervise the management of administrative servers with the subcontractor: proper functioning and security.
Implement optimised collaboration procedures for rapid handling of requests and incidents.
Carry out preventive and corrective actions to limit service interruptions.
Specific responsibility
Ensure the proper functioning of IT and audiovisual equipment during institutional events and functions.
Profile sought
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as IT technician or equivalent qualification - required
Higher education diploma or Bachelor in IT - desired
5 years of professional experience in IT
2 years of professional experience in audiovisual field
Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes - required
Technical English knowledge - required
Continuous technical training and/or certification in audiovisual field - desired
Technical skills
Proficiency in multiple operating systems: Windows and macOS.
Proficiency in common office tools (Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of network infrastructures, solution operation, and business needs analysis.

Conditions
Full-time - 41h30 per week.
Vaud, with travel between different sites.
Occasional availability outside usual working hours (evenings, Saturdays, Sundays).
