By working successively in several departments, you will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the different areas of insurance and gradually discover the daily tasks of an insurance company.
The commercial employee training provides a solid foundation for starting a career in the insurance profession. Moreover, for motivated apprentices who deliver excellent performance, we offer the possibility to spend a year abroad or benefit from a language stay at our headquarters in Bern either during or after the apprenticeship.

Working With Us
We offer solid basic training in the private insurance sector as well as a diverse training programme, combined with individual support, in a modern infrastructure.
During the 3 years of the apprenticeship, you will be closely supported by a training supervisor as well as practical trainers. After the apprenticeship, you will have numerous opportunities for further development at your disposal.
Your workplace is Nyon and your apprenticeship starts on 01.08.2027. During your training, we cover all tuition fees, offer you a free subscription for your smartphone as well as the half-fare travelcard, contribute monthly to your health insurance premium and prepare you to succeed in your studies through various courses and exam simulations.
