• Preparing exposés as a basis for instruction/mediation hearings
• Participation in main/instruction/mediation hearings (including drafting the minutes)
• Final editing of judgments and decisions
• Legal clarifications on individual issues
• Occasional assignments in the civil and criminal court departments
• General administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Law degree with above-average results
• Interest and ability to engage in solution-oriented work on complex legal issues
• Independent, goal-oriented working style
• Ability to write longer legal texts with stylistic accuracy
• Professional experience in commercial law is an advantage
