Ensuring continuous quality testing from individual features to the complete product.
Establishing and continuously optimising test processes for manual checks and functional approvals.
Planning test cycles and coordinating activities with engineering, product management, and other teams.
Translating functional requirements into comprehensible test scenarios and evaluating the results achieved.
Supporting releases through systematic verification and early identification of potential quality risks.
Qualifications:
Higher education or degree in a technical, economic, or IT-related field.
Several years of experience in software quality, test management, or a comparable role within agile teams.
Solid understanding of modern development processes and agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Analytical personality with high attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense for error patterns and interrelations.
Team-oriented and communicative manner as well as confident language skills in German and English; French is a plus.
