ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Stable IT infrastructures are created by professionals who love technical challenges and implement modern solutions. We are looking for a committed individual who manages complex system landscapes, further develops security solutions, and ensures smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of modern Windows and cloud infrastructures
Installation, configuration, and optimisation of server, client, and network environments
Administration of firewalls, VPN solutions, and network components
Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults in the infrastructure environment
Monitoring of systems with modern monitoring and observability solutions
Implementation of current cyber security measures and continuous hardening of the infrastructure
Participation in infrastructure, cloud, and digitalisation projects
Support for users and technical contacts with complex ICT issues
Optimisation of IT service processes and participation in incident and problem management
Qualifications:
Training in computer science, system technology, or ICT
Experience in administration of Windows servers, networks, and firewall solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, virtualisation, or cloud technologies is an advantage
Interest in cyber security, automation, and modern infrastructure
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
High service orientation and enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders
Initiative and enthusiasm for new technologies
