- Logistics coordination for international deliveries via external partners
- Maintaining customer enquiries in the CRM and preparing quotations
- Clarifying delivery times in coordination with purchasing
- Supporting process optimisation and digitalisation
- Confident use of ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 F&O
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Structured, service-oriented working style with high initiative
- Familiar with digital processes and continuous process optimisation
- Collegial cooperation in a committed and experienced team
- Flexible working hours and up to two days of home office
- Active participation in digitalisation projects and process optimisations possible

Responsibilities

Profile
- Several years of experience in international inside sales required, combined with a commercial education (or equivalent)- Confident use of ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 F&O
