Role:
The newly created position offers plenty of scope for design and direct insight into operational and strategic controlling topics. It opens up attractive development opportunities in the area of finance & controlling and offers the chance to contribute especially in the fields of digitalisation, reporting, and data analytics. In addition, you can expect varied collaboration with different specialist departments and management levels.
Responsibilities:
Business partnering for managers on financial and business management issues
Preparation and analysis of monthly reporting as well as profit and loss accounts
Variance, profitability, and project analyses including provisions and POC calculations
Participation in forecasting, budgeting, corporate planning, and financial statements
Further development of Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions
Automation and optimisation of controlling processes
Participation in data analytics and digitalisation projects
Ensuring data quality, transparency, and internal control system requirements
Qualifications:
Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial environment
Completed studies with a focus on finance / controlling
Very good Excel skills
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or comparable BI solutions
ERP knowledge is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills
Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment in further developing processes and taking on responsibility
