ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You lead the replacement of the existing ERP system from evaluation to successful implementation.
You analyse business processes, define requirements, and translate these into future-proof ERP solutions.
You manage further digitalisation and automation projects and coordinate internal as well as external project partners.
You are responsible for the roadmap, priorities, and budget of the business IT and lead a small ICT team both professionally and personally.
You further develop the system landscape, IT services, and governance as needed and ensure reliable operations.
Qualifications:
You have completed higher education in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience in leading ERP implementations, replacements, or comparable transformation projects.
You are familiar with the evaluation and selection of ERP solutions as well as requirements management, tenders, and system integration.
You quickly understand operational processes and can derive clear, economical, and feasible solutions from them.
You convince through leadership skills, communication strength, and a pragmatic working style; you are proficient in German and English.
