Role:
As a PLC programmer, you are responsible for the programming, integration, and further development of control systems in building automation. You optimise automation processes, commission systems, and ensure their reliable operation. You work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers to develop individual solutions for demanding building automation projects.
Responsibilities:
Programming, integration, and maintenance of PLC controls for building automation systems
Configuration and optimisation of automation processes in building management technology
Commissioning and parameterisation of control and automation systems
Analysis and troubleshooting of faults and technical errors
Conducting tests and optimisation of existing control solutions
Development and implementation of customer-specific automation solutions
Close collaboration with project managers, technicians, and customers
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building IT specialist, automation technician or comparable technical qualification
Experience in PLC programming
Knowledge of systems and protocols such as WAGO, Siemens, Modbus, KNX, and BACnet
Good knowledge of building automation, network technology, and control technology
Strong ability to analyse and optimise complex technical systems
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Team player with strong communication skills
Driving licence Category B
